Job Description

We’re a cross-functional product team at STYL Solutions. Recurring graphic requests have grown to the point where they need dedicated hands, so we’re bringing on 1–2 freelance designers to own this creative work.

You’ll work from clear, written briefs. Every request arrives with a defined goal, target audience, exact deliverables and specs, brand direction, references, and a due date — so you spend your time designing, not guessing.

Responsibilities

Requests fall into a few families. You don’t need to cover all of them — tell us where you’re strongest and we’ll route work to match:

Brand & marketing

  • Social media materials
  • Event posters and banners

Packaging & print

  • Product packaging (print-ready output, dielines)

Product surfaces

  • Watch straps (pattern / material-facing design)
  • Watch faces (digital UI designed to device specs)

Qualifications

  • A portfolio showing real, shipped work in at least one of the families above
  • Comfort working to written briefs and fixed specifications
  • Reliable turnaround and an honest time estimate before you start
  • (Packaging) Familiarity with print production, dielines, and prepress
  • (Watch faces) Ability to design to exact pixel dimensions and device constraints
  • Working English (written and spoken) — briefs, feedback, and check-ins are all run in English.
  • Each request reaches you as a written creative brief — goal, audience, deliverables, specs, visual/brand direction, references, and due date.
  • You give a time estimate before work begins.
  • We iterate together until the design is finalized.
  • We gather feedback from the requester and close out the task.

Benefits

  • Rate: 150,000–200,000 VND/hour, set by experience and scope
  • Hours: 12–15/week to start, scalable when your availability allows
  • Billing: Hourly. We’ll agree up front on how estimates and any overruns are handled, so there are no surprises on either side.

Screening

Applications are shortlisted and reviewed. Suitable candidates undergo a brief phone screening to discuss their background, experiences, and career goals. This step ensures compatibility with our development orientation and culture. Screening calls typically occur 5-7 days after application submission. 

Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for technical interviews, either in person or online. Applicants in Singapore may need to complete an Application Form before the interview. During the technical interview, candidates demonstrate their expertise, professional background, and problem-solving abilities. The interview lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Culture-Fit Interview

Following the technical interview, candidates proceed to the culture-fit interview round, which focuses on alignment with our cultural values. This stage involves behavioral questions and lasts about 30 minutes. 

* Reference Check

Reference checks are conducted for security-related roles only. The team uses 1 to 3 contact details provided by the candidate, and the outcomes serve as references in the decision-making process. 

Final Decision

The team evaluates the applicant based on all information gathered. Candidates are informed of the results within 7 days after the final round, except in special cases. If not chosen, your information will be retained for 6 months for potential future opportunities. All applicants will receive a thank-you email acknowledging their interest and effort.
