Job Description
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Junior Engineer:
- Assist in analyzing hardware design requirements from product specifications
- Design and develop schematics and PCB layouts under guidance
- Generate Gerber files and prepare technical documentation for manufacturing
- Support prototype bring-up, testing, and validation (functionality & performance)
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware-related issues during development
Senior Engineer:
- Analyze project requirements and define hardware architecture & solutions
- Select and evaluate components (MCU, sensors, power, connectivity modules, etc.)
- Design hardware block diagrams, schematics, and system architecture
- Lead design verification, validation, and error checking
- Work directly with PCB fabrication & assembly vendors to ensure manufacturability
- Define and plan test strategies, test cases, and validation processes
- Review and validate hardware test reports
- Drive design optimization (cost, performance, reliability, manufacturability)
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Qualifications

- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 Years’ experience or above in Embedded Hardware Engineer or Electrical Engineer (for Senior Engineer position only)
- Have knowledge and experience in HW design schematic and/or layout
- Have knowledge and experience in HW testing
- Technical communication in English.
