Job Description
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected emerging accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales Managers in preparing accurate professional quotations and proposals, as well as regular customer service reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to manage deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Support customer onboarding process including KYC/AML document collection, assistance to clients in understanding and completing onboarding forms for payment acquirers.
- Provide sales administrative support to the Sales team by processing sales orders and invoicing at the ERP system.
- Business Development & Outreach
- Qualify and follow up on inbound inquiries from our web and marketing channels.
- Execute outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling and personalized eDM (Email Marketing) campaigns.
- Research and identify new opportunities within the Education (Smart Campus), Self-Service (Vending and Unattended Payment Systems, Self-Service Kiosks), and Environment Management (IoT Sensor System) sectors.
- Marketing & Events Support
- Provide on-ground support at trade shows and industry events (product demonstrations and lead capturing).
- Assist in maintaining the sales CRM database to ensure all lead information is current and actionable.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Sales Support (Fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply). Big plus if the candidate has experience working in payment related industry or merchant acquisition.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for regional coordination.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for quotations) and AI tools to speed up knowledge acquisition and perform menial tasks.
- Communication: A confident “phone presence” and the ability to draft professional, persuasive emails.
- Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently across time zones (SG/VN) and is comfortable with cold outreach.
