Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at STYL Solutions, you will be the driving force behind our growth in emerging customer accounts. You will act as the bridge between lead generation and account management, ensuring that inquiries are handled with speed and that our products and services are delivered promptly. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys both the “art” of outreach and the “science” of sales operations. Responsibilities

  1. Account Management & Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for selected emerging accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support Sales Managers in preparing accurate professional quotations and proposals, as well as regular customer service reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to manage deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Support customer onboarding process including KYC/AML document collection, assistance to clients in understanding and completing onboarding forms for payment acquirers.
  • Provide sales administrative support to the Sales team by processing sales orders and invoicing at the ERP system.
  1. Business Development & Outreach
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound inquiries from our web and marketing channels.
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling and personalized eDM (Email Marketing) campaigns.
  • Research and identify new opportunities within the Education (Smart Campus), Self-Service (Vending and Unattended Payment Systems, Self-Service Kiosks), and Environment Management (IoT Sensor System) sectors.
  1. Marketing & Events Support
  • Provide on-ground support at trade shows and industry events (product demonstrations and lead capturing).
  • Assist in maintaining the sales CRM database to ensure all lead information is current and actionable.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Sales Support (Fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply). Big plus if the candidate has experience working in payment related industry or merchant acquisition.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for regional coordination. 
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for quotations) and AI tools to speed up knowledge acquisition and perform menial tasks.
  • Communication: A confident “phone presence” and the ability to draft professional, persuasive emails.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently across time zones (SG/VN) and is comfortable with cold outreach.

Screening

Applications are shortlisted and reviewed. Suitable candidates undergo a brief phone screening to discuss their background, experiences, and career goals. This step ensures compatibility with our development orientation and culture. Screening calls typically occur 5-7 days after application submission. 

Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for technical interviews, either in person or online. Applicants in Singapore may need to complete an Application Form before the interview. During the technical interview, candidates demonstrate their expertise, professional background, and problem-solving abilities. The interview lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Culture-Fit Interview

Following the technical interview, candidates proceed to the culture-fit interview round, which focuses on alignment with our cultural values. This stage involves behavioral questions and lasts about 30 minutes. 

* Reference Check

Reference checks are conducted for security-related roles only. The team uses 1 to 3 contact details provided by the candidate, and the outcomes serve as references in the decision-making process. 

Final Decision

The team evaluates the applicant based on all information gathered. Candidates are informed of the results within 7 days after the final round, except in special cases. If not chosen, your information will be retained for 6 months for potential future opportunities. All applicants will receive a thank-you email acknowledging their interest and effort.
