Job Description

We are looking for an organized and reliable Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of electronic components, hardware devices, and materials used in production and deployment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control and support smooth production, servicing, and project delivery activities.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper storage of electronic parts, modules, cables, enclosures, and devices according to handling guidelines.
  • Issue materials and components to production, R&D, service, and project teams based on requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system (ERP/warehouse tracker).
  • Conduct regular stock counts and support cycle count or annual stock-taking activities.
  • Organize the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization, accessibility, and safety.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Record stock movements including receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Ensure all paperwork, delivery orders, labels, and documentation are properly filed.
  • Assist with the preparation of delivery orders and packing lists for outgoing goods.

Logistics & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Support packing, labeling, and preparing hardware units and materials for delivery or deployment.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive electronic components and ESD-safe practices.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with WSH guidelines
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly.

Qualifications

  • O-Level, N-Level, ITE, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 1–3 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience; experience in electronics or hardware environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with handling electronic components, inventory systems, or ERP software preferred.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of goods.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Screening

Applications are shortlisted and reviewed. Suitable candidates undergo a brief phone screening to discuss their background, experiences, and career goals. This step ensures compatibility with our development orientation and culture. Screening calls typically occur 5-7 days after application submission. 

Technical Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for technical interviews, either in person or online. Applicants in Singapore may need to complete an Application Form before the interview. During the technical interview, candidates demonstrate their expertise, professional background, and problem-solving abilities. The interview lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Culture-Fit Interview

Following the technical interview, candidates proceed to the culture-fit interview round, which focuses on alignment with our cultural values. This stage involves behavioral questions and lasts about 30 minutes. 

* Reference Check

Reference checks are conducted for security-related roles only. The team uses 1 to 3 contact details provided by the candidate, and the outcomes serve as references in the decision-making process. 

Final Decision

The team evaluates the applicant based on all information gathered. Candidates are informed of the results within 7 days after the final round, except in special cases. If not chosen, your information will be retained for 6 months for potential future opportunities. All applicants will receive a thank-you email acknowledging their interest and effort.
